1. High pressure oil pipe aging
After the excavator has been used for 3 years, the buckling part is the weakest part of the pipe, and the problems of leakage and pipe explosion are mostly concentrated here. After long-term exposure to the sun and rain, the rubber will age. When a certain period of time is exceeded, the crimping part may also leak.
2. Excessive pressure
The pressure value generated by the main pump can be tested in combination with each action. If it is confirmed that the pressure value is too large, the main overflow pressure of the multi-way valve can be reduced.
Pressure debugging method: find the main overflow valve and turn it counterclockwise to reduce it. Generally, screw it about 90 ° first to see if the pressure decreases under the overflow state.
3. Abnormal vibration of hydraulic oil pipe
Vibration is generally accompanied by noise, which comes from hydraulic pump, multi-channel valve, hydraulic oil cylinder, etc. The causes of noise are as follows:
1) Check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal.
2) The internal components of the pump and motor are worn and need to be opened for inspection.
3) When the temperature is low, the oil will condense. It is recommended to move more when the car is hot.
4. High temperature of hydraulic system
At high temperature, the sealing performance of hydraulic components is reduced, resulting in pipe explosion and leakage. Secondly, the expansion of hydraulic components at high temperature will lead to the jamming of valve core and valve body, forming local high temperature, resulting in pipe explosion.
