Why is the oil pipe of excavator always damaged

The excavator oil pipe is suddenly damaged, even after replacement, it is still damaged. What is the problem? Here are eight reasons for your reference.

1. Quality problems of hydraulic pipe

The quality of the hydraulic oil pipe of the original vehicle is guaranteed and can be used for several years. After the oil pipe is damaged, if the hydraulic pipe is purchased in the accessories store on the market, no matter the workmanship and material can not meet the standard. The metal joints at both ends of the oil pipe are the most vulnerable to damage and oil leakage, and it is easy to be damaged again as soon as the pressure of the hydraulic system is high.

2. The hydraulic system pressure is too high

If the hydraulic pipeline and joint are not damaged, it is necessary to consider whether the oil pipe is suddenly damaged due to excessive pressure of the hydraulic system. It is suggested that the pressure value generated by the main pump can be tested in combination with each action. If it is confirmed that the pressure value is too large, the main overflow pressure of the multi-way valve can be reduced.

3. Tubing aging

The excavator has a long service life. After long-term exposure to the sun and rain, the rubber pipe will age, and the weak buckle part is also most prone to oil leakage.

4. High temperature of hydraulic oil

If the hydraulic oil is often at high temperature, it will lead to the deformation and aging of the sealing rings of the parts of the hydraulic system, and eventually lead to oil leakage and damage.

5. Mixed hydraulic oil

If hydraulic oils of different grades or brands are mixed, it is very easy to cause local high pressure of the hydraulic system and pipeline leakage, because the additives and flow performance in the hydraulic oil are different, and the flow performance of the hydraulic oil with high viscosity is poor, which will lead to local high pressure. Therefore, it is recommended that the excavator use the original hydraulic oil in order to effectively protect the hydraulic system.

6. Bad operation habits

If the manipulator operates roughly during operation, the huge impact load will produce instantaneous impact pressure in the hydraulic system. The impact pressure will lead to premature failure, oil leakage or damage of the compression joint between the high-pressure oil pipe joint and the rubber pipe, which will greatly shorten the service life of the hydraulic pipe. In addition, rough operation will also affect the durability of other parts and make mechanical faults occur frequently. Therefore, the usual operation of the excavator must be soft, and do not do high-intensity and high-risk actions.

7. The hydraulic pipe is corroded

Although most of today's hydraulic pipes have certain corrosion resistance, after all, rubber products will be fluffy and deteriorated after long-term contact with diesel. It will have certain adverse effects. Try not to let the rubber hose contact with diesel oil. Generally, the rubber will swell and the colloid will be fluffy when soaked in diesel oil for a long time. Therefore, in normal use, corrosive liquids such as diesel should be avoided from contacting the rubber hose, and the outer surface of the hydraulic hose should be cleaned frequently.

8. Abnormal vibration of hydraulic pipe

During operation, the gear pump and plunger pump of the excavator have oil pulsation, which will cause high-frequency vibration of the hydraulic pipe, which can not be completely eliminated. Long term abnormal vibration will lead to fatigue and wear of hydraulic pipe. Therefore, the pipe clamp and protective sleeve of hydraulic pipe shall be checked frequently. Once the pipe clamp is loose, the hydraulic pipe will be worn out or even worn through. The clogging and shaking of pilot filter element and check valve screen will aggravate the wear of hydraulic pipes.
