The safety valve of the travel motor is easy to leak oil, which will cause the pressure in the system to be too low, so that the speed of the travel motor is not enough and the travel deviates. During diagnosis, the safety valves of left and right traveling motors can be replaced. Observe whether they deflect during reverse traveling, and replace the damaged valves after confirmation. Because the excavator often uses the double pump, there are many faults, and there is a pump fault when walking deviation. The simple diagnosis method can be used. It only needs to adjust the two oil pipes of the hydraulic pump. If the speed change is just the opposite, it indicates that there is a pump fault. The hydraulic pump fault should be removed and inspected, and the damaged parts should be replaced, and then the debugging should be carried out on the calibration platform. The spring in the walking main valve becomes soft and broken or the valve core is stuck, which is easy to reduce the oil pressure, and the machine will deviate to one side. It is necessary to check whether the oil pressure of the walking main valve is normal, and it is necessary to repair or replace the walking main valve.
