Hydraulic excavator has the following three unique working characteristics.
1. When working, the walking mechanism, steering mechanism and working mechanism need to work together, and the action frequency is high, so the requirements of coordination and consistency are very high.
2. Large working load, high working pressure of hydraulic system, large flow and high engine power, so in order to reduce energy consumption, the working quality is required to be small, so the design safety factor is much lower than that of loader.
3. The working conditions are complex, and the boom, stick, bucket and other working mechanisms need to bear the alternating stress of large load.
