In recent years, the performance and quality of domestic brand excavator have reached or close to foreign brands, but there is still a certain gap in driving comfort, vibration isolation and other aspects of the whole machine compared with foreign brands. Reducing the vibration of excavator operation and improving the comfort of operators have become one of the key issues in the industry.

The vibration source of hydraulic excavator mainly comes from engine and external excitation. The vibration of engine is mainly caused by combustion excitation source and unbalanced inertia force in operation. Its vibration is transmitted to the frame, which is transmitted in the form of elastic wave in the frame, and causes the vibration of other parts installed on the frame, and finally to the cab. External excitation refers to the driving excitation and the working device excitation in the excavator operation. The external excitation is finally transmitted to the cab through the lower frame and upper frame. Although there are only two main vibration sources, the overflow of main valve, hydraulic pump and hydraulic pipeline will still produce vibration. These vibrations interact and interact, which makes the transmission path of vibration more complex, which brings many difficulties to the vibration control of excavator.
