The vibration source of hydraulic excavator mainly comes from engine and external excitation. The vibration of engine is mainly caused by combustion excitation source and unbalanced inertia force in operation. Its vibration is transmitted to the frame, which is transmitted in the form of elastic wave in the frame, and causes the vibration of other parts installed on the frame, and finally to the cab. External excitation refers to the driving excitation and the working device excitation in the excavator operation. The external excitation is finally transmitted to the cab through the lower frame and upper frame.
