When the excavator fails, the corresponding alarm code will appear. Analyze the fault point according to the corresponding alarm code and focus on troubleshooting and maintenance. However, sometimes the excavator will give false alarm. This article will summarize some common false alarms for reference only.
1. Alarm caused by loose plug or poor line contact
Common sensor alarms, such as the alarm codes B013, B063, B072, and B173 beginning with B, are low voltage sensors. P0335/P0336 and P0340 are alarm of primary and secondary speed sensors respectively. There are three reasons for sensor alarms. First, the line plug is loose. Secondly, the sensor itself is damaged due to failure. Moreover, the computer board of the excavator failed. The specific reasons can be confirmed by checking the three aspects one by one.
2. Series alarm caused by fuse breakage
When the excavator will display a series of solenoid valve alarms, such as D013, D023, F021, etc., you can first open the fuse to check whether it is broken. If it is burnt out, replace it.
3. The computer board system is in disorder and causes an alarm
When the excavator has several alarm codes in succession, it is ruled out that the accessories and fuses corresponding to the alarm code are burnt out. You can check whether the computer board program is caused by an error. If yes, the problem can only be solved by replacing the computer board.
