1. Intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional control With the development of computer technology, electro-hydraulic proportional control is more intelligent, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects. First of all, the computer can automatically monitor the operating parameters of the hydraulic system and diesel engine, such as pressure, diesel engine speed, etc., and can automatically control the whole excavator power system to operate in a high-efficiency and energy-saving state according to these parameters. Secondly, it can complete some semi-automatic operations, such as leveling and slope trimming, which reduces the requirements for drivers' proficiency, but greatly improves the quality of work. Moreover, it can diagnose the fault according to the monitored operation parameters, which is convenient for the maintenance of the excavator. The appearance of these functions greatly improves the performance of excavator.
2. Diesel electric injection control In the traditional mechanical speed control diesel engine, the cycle fuel supply and injection advance angle of the injection pump are affected by the speed, which makes it difficult to further improve the performance of the diesel engine. After the application of EFI control in diesel engine, the circulating fuel supply quantity and injection advance angle of the pump are no longer affected by the speed, so that the excavator can always work in the best state, and the response speed is accelerated. It is an important link to develop diesel electric injection controller to improve the energy saving of excavator.
3. Load sensing control Load sensing control has good energy saving and maneuverability, even unskilled drivers can quickly adapt. The appearance of proportional flow distribution valve further promotes the application of load sensing technology in excavators, and further improves the maneuverability of excavators.
4. Multi function combination In order to improve the performance of excavator, the combination of various energy-saving measures will be more extensive. In the past system, the hydraulic pump has integrated a variety of functions, but due to various conditions, generally no more than three. For example, in the hydraulic pump, the functions of pressure cut-off, positive flow control and power limit are integrated. With the development of hydraulic technology, it is possible to integrate more functions into the pump.
