Pilot gear pump is widely used in imported excavators. Its main function is to participate in the variable of hydraulic pump and open the valve stem of multi-channel distribution valve as pilot oil to make it change direction. If the gear pump is excessively worn or the pressure value of the safety valve on the gear pump is not up to the standard, the hydraulic pump will not be able to work according to the principle, so that the hydraulic pump is always in a low flow state, and the valve stem can not be completely reversed, resulting in insufficient flow and insufficient hydraulic oil pressure, which makes the excavator unable to dig. To solve this kind of fault, we only need to replace the pilot gear pump or reset the pressure value of the pilot safety valve according to the actual fault type.
