If it is a diesel filter element alarm, check according to the following steps. First, replace the diesel filter element with a new one. If the alarm is still given after replacement, it is ruled out that the alarm is caused by the blockage of the diesel filter element. Secondly, check whether the diesel filter element is genuine. Non genuine filter elements will also cause clogging alarm. Moreover, after the filter element itself is eliminated, the alarm should be caused by the blockage of the diesel filter element switch. The switch is on the bypass mail path. If it is blocked, the diesel cannot be filtered smoothly through the diesel filter element. The computer board will prompt that the diesel filter element is blocked according to the voltage signal fed back by the switch.
If it is an air filter element alarm, check according to the following steps. First, check whether the air filter element is blocked. Whether it is timely replaced every 1000 hours. Secondly, check whether the air filter element is an original accessory. If the above two points are eliminated, it is because the air pressure sensor on the air filter element is faulty and causes an alarm.
