Radiator is an important component of the cooling system of small hydraulic excavator. In the case of engine, cooling fan, cooling water tank and hydraulic radiator, the cooling system of small hydraulic excavator is reformed and designed.
1. Change the installation form of the cooling fan, from the original horizontal to vertical, so that it is not easy to dust adhesion, can effectively improve the cooling effect of the cooling fan.
2. The adjustment of the relative position between the cooling fan and the water tank brings about the change of the air speed entering the hydraulic radiator. Through the measurement and calculation of the air speed, the position change between the two is determined.
3. Whether there is a gap between the hydraulic radiator and the water tank. Assuming that there is a gap between the two, the amount of air entering from the gap will increase, and the amount of air entering the water tank will also increase.
4. Adjust the position of the condenser properly, because the main part of the radiator is the upper part. If the condenser is moved out or out properly, the resistance of air inflow will be reduced to a certain extent, and the cold air flow into the hydraulic radiator will be increased.
5. Change the components of the cooling system, such as the replacement of the protective cover and cooling fan blade, change the size of the hydraulic radiator, water tank and hydraulic oil tank, so that the cooling capacity of the whole cooling system will be greatly improved.
6. In the actual application, we can also optimize the design of the radiator, for example, we can improve the heat transfer coefficient of the radiator and reduce its wind resistance; we can improve the cold air duct to avoid the phenomenon of hot air return near the cooling fan. These schemes can improve the heat dissipation ability of the cooling system to a certain extent.
