The excavator is a construction machinery composed of many precise parts. In urban construction, transportation of materials, mining and other working environments can play a very good performance. Therefore, it is very important to check the excavator before daily work. This article will summarize some items that should be checked before starting the excavator. As different brands of excavators have different conditions, the contents are only for reference.
1. Engine
1) Check the engine oil level and oil product.
2) Check the tension and aging of fan belt and air conditioner belt. Adjust the belt tension or replace it if necessary.
3) Check whether the engine support pad is intact.
2. Oil tank
1) Check the fuel tank and clean it if necessary. Check the fuel level and drain the fuel tank. That is, drain the oil-water separator.
2) Check the fuel system rubber tube. Whether there are aging cracks and oil leakage, and whether the joints are firmly connected, and if necessary, replace them.
3) Check the hydraulic oil level, pipe fittings and oil quality. If necessary, add or replace the special hydraulic oil and supporting pipe fittings designated by the excavator company.
3. Water tank radiator
1) Check the cooling liquid level and water pipes for cracks and water seepage.
2) Remove the impurities on the radiator.
4. Rotary mechanism
1) Check the oil level and quality of the slewing reducer.
2) Check whether the lubricating grease of slewing mechanism bearing is sufficient.
3) Check whether the slewing ring lubricating grease is sufficient.
5. Transmission and chassis
1) Check the oil level and quality of the gear oil in the upper and lower transmission cases and axle housing.
2) Check the tire pressure and pattern, supplement the air pressure or replace the worn tire in time.
6. Other parts
1) Add lubricating grease to each pin shaft and lubricating point, and extrude the old oil from the oil passage if necessary.
2) Check the tightness of each fastener bolt.
3) Check the working condition of the detection instrument, and timely repair if there is any fault.
4) Check whether all indicators and work lights display normally.
