Introduction of autonomous driving technology

Autonomous driving technology uses on-board sensors, radar, GPS, camera and other devices to sense the surrounding environment of the vehicle, and obtains the road, vehicle location and obstacle information according to the environment perception, so as to control the vehicle's steering and speed, so that the vehicle can drive safely and reliably on the road, realize the autonomous safe driving of the vehicle, and achieve the destination and destination safely and efficiently To completely eliminate traffic accidents. Autonomous driving technology is a highly developed product of automatic control, artificial intelligence, visual computing, pattern recognition and intelligent control technology.

At present, autonomous driving technology usually has three levels

1. For teleoperation within sight distance, wireless signal receiving equipment should be installed on the equipment, and electric control circuit should be paralleled on the hydraulic circuit. This method does not have high technical requirements. The driver can control it under the vehicle through the remote control transmitting device, and the equipment adopting this technical scheme has certain restrictions on the driving speed and range of motion. It is suitable for the occasion with certain danger.

2. Out of sight teleoperation Compared with the teleoperation within the line of sight, the safety is further improved. The driver only needs to sit in the office to operate. In addition to installing signal receiving equipment and control devices on the equipment, he also needs to install multiple cameras on the equipment and near the working face. The driver carries out teleoperation according to the returned image, which is usually suitable for the working environment with bad working conditions and great harm to human body.

3. Autonomous driving Different from the former two methods, which require real-time control by personnel, autonomous driving is to collect real-time location information, direction information, vehicle status, route information, road condition, obstacle information and geographic information of loading area and unloading area by computer. Wheel excavator also needs to consider complex actions such as excavation, loading and unloading, and hand over these tasks to computer to complete and realize Autonomous driving in a real sense.
