Main characteristics and requirements of hydraulic excavator operation

In the hydraulic system of hydraulic excavator, there are six executive elements: left and right walking motor, platform rotary motor, boom hydraulic cylinder, stick hydraulic cylinder and bucket hydraulic cylinder. Its working device can be used to directly complete the excavation task. It is mainly hinged by boom, stick and bucket. It is usually divided into two ways: mechanical hydraulic control and computer control, The boom extension and bucket rotation are controlled by reciprocating double acting hydraulic cylinder. In order to meet the needs of various construction operations, the hydraulic excavator can be equipped with a variety of working devices, such as digging, lifting, loading, leveling, clamp, bulldozing, impact hammer and other working tools.

1. Control function of control machine

Bucket along the horizontal plane or plane for a certain angle linear motion, circular motion or arbitrary trajectory motion.

2. Loading mining function

To complete the full bucket lifting, slewing and unloading, the bucket is required to maintain the angle relative to the ground plane at the beginning of lifting, so as to prevent the materials in the bucket from scattering during the lifting process.

3. Reset control function

After unloading, through the linkage of boom, stick, bucket and slewing, the bucket is restored to the initial position of excavation.
