The heat dissipation performance of excavator depends on the total heat dissipation area of radiator, the heat dissipation amount in unit time and the performance of water circulation in cooling system. The causes of high water temperature are as follows:
1. if the radiator is installed horizontally, due to long-term out of work, the radiator will fall down very thick dust, the west wind resistance of the cooling fan will increase, resulting in the cooling effect reduced, and the water temperature of the radiator will also increase.
2. the cooling air is reduced through the radiator, or the air inlet is not large, or the cooling fan fails, which will cause the air to flow normally and there may be hot return.
3. the engine itself is overloaded due to the long-term operation of the engine. The circulating oil supply in the cylinder increases, and the fuel injected into the cylinder will increase, the fuel gas temperature will increase, and the heating temperature will increase for each part of the body.
4. if the cooling liquid in the condenser is too small, the area of water cooling will increase, so that the pump will easily pump gas, and eventually cause the engine temperature to overheat.
5. if there is too much water scale, mud or oil in the cooling water tank, the effective cooling area will be reduced and the engine temperature will be too high.
6. if the oil supply pipeline is too small and the air filter is dirty or blocked, it can cause the increase of water temperature of radiator and the phenomenon of black smoke discharge. Serious case of fire discharge.
7. the water pump has a fault and the coolant can not be recycled well.
8. the inner wall of the rubber pipe at the inlet and outlet of the water radiator is damaged, which reduces the passing area of the cooling liquid, which leads to the high water temperature of the radiator.
9. if there is an error in the water temperature gauge, the radiator temperature will be too high.
