5. Before the operation of the working device, the air in the hydraulic cylinder shall be exhausted, and the test run of full extension and full contraction shall be carried out, and the load operation shall be carried out after 5 strokes.
6. Pay attention to the hydraulic oil temperature. If the oil temperature is too high, the seal will be damaged or deformed. Permanent deformation or even complete failure.
7. After each work, the excavator shall be parked on a flat ground and the piston rod shall be fully retracted to ensure that all the hydraulic oil in the oil cylinder returns to the oil tank to ensure that the oil cylinder does not bear pressure.
