Mechanism analysis of cooling system of small hydraulic excavator

The main components of the cooling system are cooling fan, radiator, hose, etc. The water radiator is located in front of the engine in an upright state. The cooling fan is located behind the radiator in order to make full use of the upwind air flow.

The cooling system structure is mainly in the form of segments, which mainly takes into account the specific area of the radiator, heat dissipation area and heat dissipation coefficient. The water is pumped into the water jacket, absorbs heat from the cylinder wall, and finally flows into the upper tank of the radiator. Because there are many thin plates arranged between the upper and lower water tanks of the radiator, the temperature of the water is transmitted to the narrow air through the thin plates, and finally the purpose of cooling is achieved. The main component of the radiator is the suction fan, in front of which the air conditioning condenser is installed to achieve better cooling effect. When the cooling air enters the front hood of the engine and passes through the core of the radiator, the temperature will rise to about 40 ℃ to form hot narrow air, which will be absorbed by the cooling fan and then discharged from the exhaust port of the engine. In this way, the air circulation system will be formed.
