There are three most common parking modes: Standard parking, transportation parking and extended parking. 1. Standard parking
The arm is 90 ° perpendicular to the ground, turn the bucket outward to the bottom, and the bucket teeth stand on the ground. The advantage of such parking is that it doesn't occupy much space. The bucket cylinder can be fully retracted to prevent collision. It can prevent bucket teeth from being stolen.
2. Transportation parking
This kind of oil cylinder oil seal is stressed during parking, and the oil cylinder is exposed, so it is not suitable for use on the construction site. However, this is the most common parking mode during excavator transportation. Parking in this way can minimize the height and length of the excavator, and will not exceed the height and length after loading, which is convenient for the transfer of flat transport vehicles.
3. Extended parking
This parking mode is to extend the big and small arms and bucket to the limit, so that all cylinders are in the retracted state. It is helpful to protect the oil cylinder and check the hydraulic oil before working the next day. If it is rainy and snowy weather or there are construction operations such as shooting near the construction site, it is recommended to park the excavator in this way to better protect the oil cylinder. During holidays or when the excavator does not work for a long time, this stop can make the oil cylinder soak in the hydraulic oil, which greatly protects the service life of the oil cylinder. However, the disadvantage of this parking method is that it occupies a large space. If the parking space is small, there will be restrictions.
