This may cause damage to some parts of the excavator, thus affecting the working performance of the excavator. Moreover, the parking of excavator is also a very important part of maintenance. 1. Cleaning
If there is dirt on the surface of the excavator, please clean it and keep the whole machine clean.
2. Engine
Check antifreeze liquid level and engine oil level. Check whether the quality of engine oil is normal. Check whether there is liquid leakage. If the weather is particularly cold and the excavator stops for a long time, please drain the engine coolant.
3. Hydraulic system
Check whether there is leakage at each motor, oil cylinder, main pump, pipeline and joint. Check whether each cylinder rod is scratched and corroded. The exposed parts of the oil cylinder rod and gas spring rod shall be coated with lubricating grease for protection.
4. Electrical system
When storing the excavator for a long time, to prevent the battery from feeding power, please remove the negative wire of the battery. If the weather is particularly cold, the battery must be removed and stored in a warm place. Check the battery status through the battery peephole. Green is normal. Black indicates insufficient charging. White indicates battery damage.
5. Anti rust operation
If it is parked for more than one month, ensure that the rust prevention operation lasts for more than 30 minutes every month.
