During the operation of hydraulic excavator, the main pump constantly provides high-pressure oil for the whole hydraulic system, and also bears the pressure impact from many aspects:
1. the main actuator often starts, brakes, reverses and moves complex.
2. the external load changes greatly and the impact is large in a moment.
3. the nonuniformity of the flow of the main pump causes continuous high pressure pulse.
It is necessary to study how to reduce the hydraulic shock of the main pump. It can not only prolong the working life of the pump, reduce the maintenance cost, but also increase the working efficiency of the system, which is of great significance to energy saving.
The foreign excavator manufacturers have generally added the closed branch pipe at the pressure output port of the hydraulic main pump, which is also gradually adopted by domestic excavator factories.
