Structure analysis of cooling system of small hydraulic excavator

The main components of cooling system are fan, radiator, hose, etc. The water radiator is located in front of the engine in an upright state, and the cooling fan is located behind the radiator, so as to make full use of the upwind air flow.

The structure of the cooling system is mainly in the form of segments, which mainly takes into account the specific area, heat dissipation area and heat dissipation coefficient of the radiator. The water is sent into the water jacket by the water pump, and absorbs the heat from the cylinder wall, and finally flows into the upper water tank of the radiator. Because there are many thin sheets arranged between the upper and lower water tanks of the radiator, the temperature of the water is transmitted to the air through the thin sheets, and finally the purpose of cooling is achieved.

The main component of the radiator is the suction fan. The air conditioner condenser is installed in front of the fan to achieve better refrigeration effect. When the cooling air enters the engine and passes through the core of the radiator, the temperature will rise to about 40 ℃ to form hot air, which will be sucked in by the cooling fan and discharged from the exhaust hole of the engine. In this way, the air cooling circulation system will be formed.
