The function of the fuse is to protect the circuit and electrical equipment. The plug-in fuse is a kind of current fuse. When the circuit current exceeds 2 times the rated current of the fuse, it will be blown in a few seconds to protect the circuit. 1. Replacement of plug-in fuse
During the daily use of the excavator, if any electrical equipment does not work, it may be caused by the fuse burning. It needs to be replaced in time. The replacement method is as follows.
1) Turn off the ignition switch and open the fuse box cover
2) Replace the fuse.
2. Precautions for using plug-in fuse
1) Replace the fuse according to the rated current indicated on the fuse box cover. Do not use a fuse with a higher rated current.
2) If the new fuse blows again immediately, it indicates that there may be a fault in the circuit system and it should be repaired as soon as possible.
3) In case of no spare fuse, the fuse on other equipment that has no impact on driving and safety can be replaced in case of emergency.
4) If a fuse with the same current load cannot be found, it can be replaced by a fuse with a lower current rating than the original fuse.
