After being stored for a long time in cold winter, various fluids, lubrication protection and some materials of the excavator may change. If the machine is operated without detailed inspection, it may not work properly. In order to reduce equipment failures and ensure the best performance of the machine in spring, the excavator needs to be checked and maintained in detail before starting.
1. First check the fuel tank and clean it if necessary. Check the fuel level and drain the fuel tank. Drain the oil-water separator at the same time.
2. Check whether the fuel system rubber hose has aging, cracking and oil leakage. Check whether each connector is firmly connected and replace it if necessary.
3. Check the oil level and quality. Add or replace special engine oil if necessary.
4. Check whether the engine foot pad is intact.
5. Check the tension and aging of fan belt and air conditioning belt. If necessary, adjust the tension of fan belt and air conditioning belt or replace them.
6. Check the hydraulic oil level, hose and oil quality. If necessary, add or replace special hydraulic oil and rubber hose.
7. Check the oil level and quality of the return travel reducer. Add or replace special gear oil if necessary.
8. Check the cooling liquid level and each water pipe tank for cracks and water seepage. Add special coolant and replace water pipe if necessary.
9. Check the working condition of the detection instrument.
10. Check the tension of the track.
11. Check whether the lubricating grease of the slewing mechanism bearing is sufficient. Add if necessary.
12. Check whether the grease of the slewing gear ring is sufficient. Add if necessary.
13. Add lubricating grease to each pin shaft and lubricating point. If necessary, squeeze out the old oil from the oil passage.
14. Check the tightness of bolts of each fastener.
