1. Inspection and maintenance after wading operation
There is a lot of rain in summer, and the machine is wading in water. Be careful not to let the water exceed the center of the carrier sprocket. If water overflows the gear ring, replace the grease in the gear ring in time. If sediment is mixed in the grease, it is easy to aggravate the wear of gears and gear rings. When working in water, do not tilt the excavator more than 15 °. So as to prevent the upper structure from intruding into the water and damaging the radiator fan. The crawler tensioning cylinder should also be loosened and tightened frequently. It is used to remove the sludge on the oil cylinder. There is much rain in summer to prevent the oil cylinder from rusting. When leaving the water area, whether it is in the maintenance cycle or not, remove and refill the lubricating grease of the water immersion part in time. If you work in water for more than 8 hours, you should also check whether the lubricating oil in the traveling motor reducer has been contaminated. Replace it immediately if necessary.
2. Precautions for shutdown and parking
After a day's work, it should be adjusted to the low gear for several minutes. Stop the engine after the engine temperature drops. When the machine is parked for a long time, the fuel tank shall be filled with diesel to avoid rusting of the fuel tank. For excavators parked within 15 days, turn off the main power switch. If the parking time is longer than 15 days, remove the negative electrode wiring of the battery or the battery. Place the battery in a dry and moisture-proof place, and keep its surface clean and dry. When cleaning the machine, do not sprinkle water directly on the electrical components. If water enters the electrical components, it will lead to the failure or failure of the electrical components.
