1. Select a suitable maintenance site
Before assembling and disassembling the slewing ring, it is necessary to determine the appropriate repair and replacement site. The site shall be a relatively flat place with large operation space. 2. Be careful during hoisting
During the replacement of slewing ring, it is necessary to transfer the upper structure of the excavator to another place. The most commonly used lifting tool for this step is the crane. The hoisting steel wire rope must be hung well during disassembly and installation. The lifting operation shall be carried out slowly after ensuring safety.

4. Select the appropriate brand slewing ring
There are many manufacturers producing slewing bearings on the market, and the product quality is also different. When replacing the new slewing ring, the new slewing ring shall be reliable and durable. 5. Screws need to be tightened and lubricating oil needs to be added sufficiently
When installing a new slewing ring, replace the screws. Protect screws from unknown damage. And the screws must be tightened. In addition, the new slewing ring must be coated with lubricating oil. This can effectively reduce the internal friction and improve the service life of the bearing. After that, regular lubrication and maintenance are required.
