1. If the radiator is installed horizontally, due to a long time out of work, the radiator will fall thick dust, the suction resistance of the cooling fan will increase, resulting in the cooling effect will be reduced, and the water temperature of the radiator will also increase.
2. The amount of cooling air passing through the radiator is reduced, or the air inlet is not large, or the cooling fan fails, resulting in the air can not flow normally, and there may be thermal backflow.
3. Because the engine works for a long time, the load of the engine itself is too large. With the increase of circulating oil supply in the cylinder, the fuel injected into the cylinder will also increase, the temperature of fuel gas will increase, and the temperature of various parts in the engine block will increase due to heating.
4. If there is too little coolant in the condenser, the area of water cooling will be reduced. At this time, the water pump is also prone to spring gas phenomenon, which eventually leads to the overheating of the engine.
5. If there is scale, mud or oil in the cooling water tank, it will reduce the accumulation of effective heat dissipation, and also cause the engine temperature to be too high.
6. If the oil supply pipe is too small, the narrow air filter is dirty or blocked, it can lead to the increase of the radiator water temperature, the phenomenon of black smoke emission, and even the phenomenon of fire emission.
7. The water pump has its own fault, and the coolant is not well recycled.
8. The inner wall of the rubber tubes at the inlet and outlet of the water radiator is damaged, which reduces the passing area of the cooling liquid and causes the water temperature of the radiator to be too high.
9. If the water temperature gauge is wrong, the radiator temperature will be too high.
